直线电机绕组使用树脂浇注密封的工艺

几乎所有的直线电机都需要使用Epoxy浇注/密封绕组,无论绕组设计作为动子还是定子。在这种工艺中,Epoxy的基本功能是避免绕组外露和让电机更加美观。更重要的功能则是实现绕线组的绝缘密封和固定防震,提高电机的整体寿命和稳定性。

Almost all linear motors require the use of epoxy to pot/encapsulate their windings, whether the windings are designed as movers or stators. In this process, the basic function of epoxy is to avoid winding exposure and to make the motor’s appearance more aesthetically pleasing. Its more important function, however, is to insulate and encapsulate windings and secure them against vibration, improving the overall life and stability of the motor.


电机工程师在准备Epoxy浇注/密封工艺前需要注意很多细节,以求确保电机在运行后能够避开绕线工作温度过高,电机变形或树脂开裂等一系列问题。

Motor engineers need to pay attention to many details before preparing the epoxy potting/encapsulating process. The goal is to avoid a series of problems commonly occurring when a motor is in operation such as the high working temperature of the winding, motor deformation, or resin cracking.

首先是模具的结构,设计合理的模具能够让Epoxy快速填充直线电机绕组间隙,在真空系统的辅助下保证将内部的气泡通过有效的通道排出。

The first detail is the structure of the mold. A well-designed mold allows the epoxy to quickly fill the gap of the linear motor winding and ensure that the internal air bubbles are discharged effectively with the assistance of a vacuum system.

其次是根据电机的应用场景和设计要求选择“兼容性高”的物料。这项工作需要和专业的Epoxy供应商合作完成,因为判断环氧系统是否合适要同时考虑到很多要素,比如混合后粘度,可操作时间,热性能,机械性能,固化程序等等。

The second is to select a "highly compatible" material according to the motor application scenario and specific design requirements. This is done in cooperation with a professional epoxy supplier, as the compatibility of an epoxy system is determined by evaluating its many features such as post-mix viscosity, working time, thermal properties, mechanical properties, curing procedures, etc.


Epoxy的导热性能对于大部分直线电机而言也是一项重要的指标,对于那些工作时会产生较高的温度的电机产品,具有高导热特性的Epoxy能够帮助电机内部的热量更快的传导到远端,让整体的温度更低,各个绕组之间的温度更加平均。

Epoxy\'s thermal conductivity is also an important indicator for most linear motors. For those motors that generate high temperature during operation, epoxy\'s high thermal conductivity helps the heat inside the motor to be transferred to the far end more quickly, resulting in a lower overall temperature and a more even temperature across the windings.
