力矩电机(DDR)绕组使用树脂浇注密封的工艺

The process of resin potting for Torque Motor (DDR) Windings

力矩电机又称为直接驱动旋转电机(简称DDR)。这类型电机在数控机床,印刷设备,制药和激光设备等领域已经有很广泛的应用。由于工作时不需要减速装置,所以其精度,刚性和空间等特性比传统的伺服电机具有更多优势。

Torque motors are also known as direct drive rotary motors (DDR for short). This type of motor has been widely used in CNC machine tools, printing equipment, pharmaceutical and laser equipment, etc. Since it operates without a reduction device, it has more advantages over conventional servo motors in terms of accuracy, rigidity,  space, etc.


当DDR处于高负载条件下时,其绕组的工作温度会变得很高,如何将绕组的温度控制在理想的范围是工程师首先需要解决的问题。另一方面,提高绕组的绝缘和抗震也是不可忽视的问题,特别是那些绕组设计安装在转子上的电机。

When DDR is under high load conditions, the operating temperature of its windings becomes very high. How to control the windings’ temperature in the ideal range is the first problem that engineers need to solve. On the other hand, improving the insulation and vibration resistance of the windings is also an issue that cannot be ignored, especially for those motors where the windings are designed to be mounted on the rotor.

使用环氧树脂浇注/密封绕组是当前最有效的解决方案,能够提高绕线组的热置换效率,固定绕组,增强绕线间的绝缘水平。Wilkon在电机领域的大部分客户都有设计和生产DDR,很多案例证明通过环氧树脂浇注/密封实质提升了电机的工作稳定性和寿命。

Potting/encapsulating windings with epoxy resin is the most effective solution today to improve the thermal displacement efficiency of the windings, fix the windings, and enhance the insulation between the windings. Most Wilkon’s customers in the motor business have designed and produced DDR, and many cases have proven that the working stability and life of the motor have been substantially improved by epoxy resin encapsulation.
